Never knew about wool pigs!

They look like a mix between sheep and pig, but you can't use the wool. Their original name is Mangalica. They look really funny

Thank you. Yes, you can learn a lot while being on a holiday.

The goats are cuties, but I'd never heard of wool pigs. Interesting!

They were so nice and lovely to pet. The woolly pigs are a mixture of Hungarian and Serbian pigs and are very old.

Just look at the colours of the peacock! More vivid than any kind of painting. And you're introducing me to animals I don't think I've ever seen before e.g. wooly pigs and brown goats! I'm such a townie... Thank you for sharing your holiday with us.

Yes, he had wonderful colours.

You didn't know brown goats? They are very common here. And there were some white and black goats that were called Pfauenziegen (peacock goats) and they really look funny. Maybe you can look them up on Google. I can only find the German information.

No I've never heard of brown goats but I'm very ignorant of these things! e.g. when I was quite 'young' (coughs) I used to think chickens had 4 legs! It just seemed to make sense. Thank you for all the information, I live and learn!

Wool pigs? ..... Interesting!

Looks like it was a fun day.

Oh yes, it was a nice fun day. There were so many animals and you could pet most of them. But not the wool pigs, they bite.

Oh, and I learned about peacock goats (in German they are called Pfauenziege and their name is the result of a spelling mistake, it should have been Pfavenziege) and peacock doves. Sadly I can't find more information in English.
