Bodie is on his way to Edinburgh to find the men who humiliated Doyle. It is a very guilt-laden Bodie because he wasn't there to guard Doyle's back und to protect him against rape. And he intends to do the only thing that is right in his eyes. Namely, to confront and eliminate the rapists. He remembers his last chat with Doyle in hospital. And he has nightmares.

He finds the men but doesn't reckon that Doyle has come after him. Doyle stops Bodie from killing them because he wants to bring the men to trial and doesn't want to lose Bodie.

I like this story because here we have a hurt Doyle and a Bodie who feels guilty and is out for vengeance. And there are not so many stories with a guilty feeling Bodie.
