Yes, it really was a lovely welcome that evening. My sister and I stayed in London from September 8th and it was soooo hot. We were lucky the hotel had an air condition in every room.

Thank you and sorry for the late reply. I haven't been so often on my phone during my stay. I only saw him once, but I didn't search for him. My stay in the UK was very hot at the beginning but it cooled down a bit. We saw a lot (Holland Park, Wallace Collection, the Victoria and Albert Museum) but not all we wanted. So maybe I'll be back next year.
