Yes, there was family, there were friends (some of whom old friends from high school), there was cake, there was champagne (or rather, the Italian version of it, called "spumante" 😉), and there were lovely presents too... :)

But best of all, there was love, laughs and camaraderie... 😎😊😃 which makes all the difference *g*
