I'm so angry

Today I need very violent lads. I would hire them to shoot a certain person. I'm so, so angry with this person, I could go violent myself.















I know that most of the pictures are my own, but I'm not sure about the third and the fifth. I think I found them somewhere in the web and forgot to make a note.

What a great idea, to channel your anger! (I think you should get angry more often.) Seriously, I'm sorry it's anger which has led to this post but they really are fantastic pictures and I love their violence.

Yes, today I'm a lot calmer. I had a talk with my boss and I'm sure he didn't like what I had to say, but I will stand up for my point of view.

You sound like you're a bit worried about crediting the pics too, but they all look like ordinary screencaps or pictures from the dvds etc. to me. Unless they've been manipulated some way (more than basically just hitting "autocorrect" on the image software!), then they only "belong" to their original owners, at Network DVD or LWT or whoever it is. And we all share the screencaps and pics - everyone who posts them (and manipulates them!) got them from somewhere else in the first place, it's not like any of us are the original photographers... cos how fab would that have been! *g*

Great pics, and a good idea to sublimate your anger in a pic post! I think bsl is right - we have all from time to time taken and captioned or resized or manipulated screenshots and the fact that they are actually of Shaw and Collins means you didn't, I assume, take them yourself?! When I made the icon set that included the one I've used here, I trawled the net for screenshots, etc. and then played with the results. I feel I own the pics I ended up with - they are way beyond 10% different from the originals, and that applies even if all you have done is present them in a new light. You just have to be careful if you post them to a public archive such as AO3 - unless you can show some work has been done they can't accept them because they could lead to copyright hassle. For LJ and other social media, there's no problem.

And thank you for the explanation about screenshots and copyright hassles. I knew there was a reason not to post a "normal" screenshot at AO3, but I didn't know for sure why that was so. Now I know and am happy that I didn't post them there, but can post them here.

The lads aren't subtle at all about their weapons, are they. I think the third one might be my favourite but they're all great images and I love the ideas of the lads and their firepower as backup.

Hope the situation has gotten better at work for you but I totally know the feeling. It's so frustrating when there isn't anything you can do to fix it/make people behave.
