Visitors in the garden

Today we had visitors in the garden who really are good looking ones.

No, not Bodie or Doyle, but good looking too.

I appreciate the beauty of both visitors but I think the top one would make me feel a bit squeamish if it landed on me! The colours and patterns on the butterfly are incredibly vivid and striking.

But why would the first one make you squeamish? They are such wonderful creatures and very nice to observe. And they are light as a feather. I love to observe them and I have even had some of them on my hand. They don't bite, you know?

The butterfly was a little more red but my phone didn't like the red and decided that its more brown. So maybe my eyes only thought it were red because of the light.

I think it's probably because I don't like insects very much! But I can appreciate the beauty in some of them.

Oh, yeah I can understand that. I don't like spiders and some of them make such wonderful webs. *g*

I don't like spiders either, especially the ones with a big body. My sister-in-law gets almost hysterical when a big spider's in the room.

And my sister loves them. She really wanted to have a Tarantula. I hate this beasts.
