macklingirlI finished my third story on my second Bingo Card. Yeah.
C is for Careful What You Wish For by gwyneth rhys (gwyneth)
Ok, the summary tells it all. Doyle wants Bodie and he gets him. And he wants to be alone with him. All the time. And a short time later we have a great problem because Cowley gets killed. And Doyle blames himself and drowns in guilt. He ends his relationship with Bodie who just discovered that he loves Doyle (because Doyle wanted him to love him) and Bodie falls into a deep emotional hole. They both don't sleep well, they won't eat enough and the big question is "Will they survive as partners and lovers or will they lose all they have?"
This isn't a feel-good story at all and if you're in a down-mood you shouldn't read it. But it is worth the read and it has a happy ending. It is a story where Doyle's sister really is necessary because I really couldn't think about any other person who could help our lads. And Emma is a very well-written secondary character. I like this story because it isn't an 'all flower and happiness' story.
