Here we go, it's the story with P.

P is for Point of no Return by Meg Lewtan (Proslib CD, couldn't find it online)

Bodie and Doyle have to guard a defected Russian ballet dancer who comes to visit London. This dancer is very talented and good-looking too. And Cowley got the information that on KGB-Agent is out to kill this dancer. So he sends Bodie and Doyle to play 24-hours bodyguard.

It is hard for Bodie because he is in love with his straight partner. But is Doyle really so straight? One day we find out that he isn't. And Bodie finds out too. Will they come together now? (word-play) And what will happen to Mischa, the dancer? Will he survive? If you want to know it, please read the story. If you need a copy, drop me a note. Or, even better, go and buy the Proslib-CD/DVD, it is worth it.

I like the story because it shows that even though men could be somewhat insecure when it comes to love. And I love ballet, so the story really was perfect. I even love the film that inspired Meg Lewtan to write this story, White Nights with Mikhail Baryshnikov.

I haven't read her for years and years now but I seem to remember enjoying Murder on the Moor which was very different but my tastes have changed a lot and I'm not sure if I'd like it now!

It's an historical AU novel and sounds quite interesting, but it isn't online, unfortunately. I will keep it in my mind. Thank you.

Have you got the Proslib CD from Frances (Hagsrus)? It's very, very reasonable to buy and I sent cash straight to New York and received it very quickly. Murder on the Moor is on that disc. If not, I could send it to you via email though I'm hopeless with changing formats etc. so you might have to do that.

I've found something on ProsLib but it was quite short, so it could be the story, I thought. I took a second now — obviously I was too impatient, this story took his time to open entirely and YEAH ! :-) Thank you.

Same for me. I like to read her stories, but I very often forget about her when I'm searching for another story to read. Maybe I should change my sorting system and start sorting the stories by writer's name and not by titel.

You're welcome. Mischa is a strong and sensitive side-charactere, I've enjoyed reading this story — even I am not in ballet, not at all.
I'm glad you liked it :-)

Oh yes, I really like it. And Mischa is a very well written side-character who I like very much.

Thanks again for recommending the story. :-)

Maybe you mean No Mere Abstraction by JoJo? It is over at AO3 and was a BB Story from 2014. That's also a story about a Russian ballet dancer and the KGB.

You're welcome.

I remember reading this story, but it was several years ago. Good story, though. And I like how you're filling the card in alphabetical order. 😊

Glad to hear you like the story too. And I love to search for longer stories in alphabetical order. I just found some gems I would have missed if I hadn't searched this way.

Hi all,
I've read about these proslib cds etc. I hear of these great stories but don't know how to get yhem. White nights us one of my favorite movies. Mikhail Baryshnikov was super dreamy in the movie. Is there any chance someone could forward me a copy. Is that even possible, I don't really know. But if it is my email address is donnatozer18@gmail.com
I've seen so many great stories discussed and have never read them. I've only got internet access to pris stories - AO3, prosfic, hatstand So all these older stories are out of my grasp. If someone can tell je how to access yhem I'd be eternally grateful. Thank you fellow pros fans.

I've sent you an email with the story and information on how to get the proslib CD-DVD. Including the internet address for proslib. I hope what I wrote is understandable. If not, please ask.

Hi possom,
Thank you. I'll check out thecemail tomorrow as it's after 3 am here. Just realised it's after 4 but with daylight saving starting tonight I've put my clock back an hour and I should be getting some sleep as ive work later today. I might be a bit tired I think. I've just checked my email znd yes it's all there and the links are in blue so looks like it worked. I'll find out either later today or Monday when I'm on my days off.
Thank you for sending the story and the links. I'm going to imagine Mikhail B while I'm reading the story. I think I mustvecwatched the movie over 40 times until my brother taped over it, sob.
