A day in the garden
Apr. 19th, 2019 06:11 pmSince the weather is wonderful I spend the day in the garden. It is in full bloom.
Here's the cherry tree with a glimpse of the lilac

and the cherry blossoms in close-up.

The lilac which is behind the cherry tree. And it smells soooooo good.Too bad that you can't post the smell as well.

I think the violett tulipes could be the sort Bodie got as a present in Need To Know.

This is a bush calles snowball because his inflorescences look like snowballs. And they have a very intense smell too.

This is from our small lilac tree, the blossoms are darker.

Have a primrose as well. It's a very old one, we planted it in 2001 and now we have at least ten children with the same colour.

And I don't know this bush. It is a small one and the blossoms smell very intense of honey and are well loved by bees and bumble bees. So if anybody knows the botanic name (or the english name) please tell me.

Our guest the frog didn't allow us to take a picture, I think he's wanted for making to much noise on a quiet day. *g*
